We’ve loved seeing your photos and conversations in this space for so many years. As an alternative to Rate My Space and Rate My Remodel, we’re excited to announce the launch of My Photos, part of the new HGTV Photo Library. We hope you’ll consider moving over there. Start here.
Note: You’ll need an HGTV.com account to use My Photos, but we’ve made signup really simple. You can even login using many of your favorite social accounts.
From your MyPhotos page, simply click on “ADD PHOTOS” and then choose the “UPLOAD A PHOTO” option. You can choose to browse from your photos on several social platforms or simply upload a photo from your computer. After uploading, give your photo a title, a short description and any notes that might be of use later.
If you want to save a photo from one of our photo galleries, move your mouse over or tap on any image and you’ll see the “heart” and “folder” icons. To quickly save an image you like, click or tap the heart icon. Or, you can click or tap the folder icon to create a custom folder to make things easier to find later.
When you want to view your saved photos again, click or tap on the My Photos link from the top of any page on HGTV.com. The best part is once you save favorites in My Photos, they’re available anytime, anywhere. My Photos works like a charm on your computer, tablet and smartphone so you can take the inspiration with you.
