Hey friends. I’ve been wanting to post about something I had the pleasure to attend about three weeks ago. I was invited by lamps.com to attend the showing of Philadelphia Magazine’s Design Home 2016. It’s a 3 million dollar end town home in the heart of Philadelphia.
It was so great to see the great office and meet the wonderful team of lamps.com and to be able to head to the show home with them. It was really hard to take photos of the inside of the home at night though with so many people inside it.
It’s a lot more modern than I usually go for but I can more than appreciate the design aesthetics of it and I adore so many parts of the design inside the house.

The amazing kitchen was even used by DI Brune Bros. who put out an amazing spread of Italian food. So good.
All the lighting was of course supplied by lamps.com.
The other fellow blogger invited was Rachel from The Crafted Life. It was so nice to be able to meet another local blogger. There aren’t many of us in this area.

Here I am in the mirror, it really was hard taking photos in the lighting:
I was especially smitten with this glass shower barn door. Isn’t it so cool? You can fine the same one HERE.
I love the wood flooring and the fabulous pocket doors. I’ve always wanted pocket doors.
The master suite is furnished by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. Could it get any better than their furniture? Not really!

I adore the modern stair case:
You guys know I love abstract art and there was no shortage of that in this modern space.
And the kids rooms were of course decorated by Ikea.
Can I please have this little laundry room? Mine is so awful.
There were so many amazing rooms and features like the main living area:
My absolute favorite part was the roof top terrace. Such an amazing space in the middle of the city.
And at night it was breath taking. That hot tub and view!!!
I mean do I need to say more? No right?
Lovely right?
I’m thankful to have had that opportunity.
